Following an exciting and fulfilling career working in local and international television production, personal life events led me back to my original passion for psychology. From 1998 to 2004 I returned to university to complete my undergraduate and graduate degrees. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor I have done thousands of hours of one-to-one counselling and hundreds of hours facilitating group sessions, working with clients who have diverse and unique personal needs and goals.
Over the years, I have found that my ‘real life’ experience and my own personal growth work, combined with my knowledge of Family Systems, Addictions, Child Development, and Grief and Loss, to name a few, have integrated well to form a solid base from which to help my clients. In addition to the addictions field, my experience includes working with men in midlife, as well as women and men suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. |
